Shipping Restrictions

Shipping & Handling is FREE on all orders in the 48 Continental United States. 

We offer several upgraded shipping options including garage delivery, threshold delivery and inside delivery. To read more about these shipping options, click here.

• For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands, please call us at 800-207-2259. We can make special delivery arrangements and provide you with a custom shipping quote to ship to these locations.
• We can ship to any location in Canada. Please call us at 800-207-2259 to make special delivery arrangements and provide you with a custom shipping quote. We can also recommend a customs broker who can handle the duties, taxes and border crossing fees.
• We do not ship direct to APO/FPO locations. Please call us at 800-207-2259 so that we can recommend a freight forwarding company in the United States who can ship to these locations for you.
• We do not ship to PO Box addresses at this time. Please provide a physical address where we can ship the product.
• Select Fire King and Phoenix Safes/File Cabinets do NOT include a liftgate on the truck (this is a lift on the back of the truck to lower the product down to ground level). To add this, please select the liftgate option for $85.00 under the shipping options at checkout. If you have a loading dock or forklift on site, this option is not required.
• If the Fire King or Phoenix Safe/Fire Cabinet is shipping to a residential address, please select the $85.00 Residential charge under the shipping options at checkout.
