If you need to cancel or update your order, you can either call us at 800-207-2259 or fill out the Order Cancellation Form.
Because many orders ship quickly, a cancellation is not guaranteed until our team confirms it. If the order ships before the cancellation is processed, it will need to be handled as a return under our General Returns Policy, which may include restocking fees and round-trip freight charges.
Custom and non-stock items cannot be canceled once manufacturing has started. Custom orders are defined as non-standard, one-of-a-kind (color or configuration) products.

To minimize the chance you select the wrong product for your needs, please allow us to assist you in choosing the right product based on size, weight, and overall purpose. However, if you find that the product you ordered is not what you expected, we will gladly help you. Safe and Vault Store offers one of the best return policies in the online safe and vault business. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, in-store credit, or refund of the purchase price. If we made an error in ordering, or if an item arrives damaged and it cannot be fixed with a part replacement, we will pay to return the item to us and send you a new product. If you determine that you do not want a replacement part or a new product, the item may be returned according to our General Returns Policy detailed below.

Safe locks are considered specialty security components that require compatibility with a specific safe model, boltwork, mounting pattern, and, in many cases, must address a particular mechanical issue (for example: lockout diagnosis, keypad failure, or keypad-to-lock communication failures).
Because lock components cannot be re-boxed, resold, or re-certified once shipped or installed, all safe lock purchases are final sale and non-returnable.

*All requests for refunds, cancellations, and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the product shipment. Custom products or non-stock items must be canceled within one business day of the order date. If canceled one business day after the order date, a 20% restocking charge may apply.
