The Fort Knox PB4 Personal Pistol Safe is a heavy duty, handgun/pistol safe. It is designed to hold up to 2 handguns with some room for some valuables. Keep this secure by using the four pre-drilled mounting holes to anchor it to a solid surface. The holes are covered by protective caps which are included. You can even secure this handgun safe in a car or in your bedroom. It is also large enough that your iPad can fit inside with attached Smartcover.
The body on the PB4 personal pistol safe by Fort Knox is made of heavy duty 10 gauge steel. The door is 3/16" plate and will keep unauthorized people away from items you are trying to secure.
This pistol safe features a high quality Simplex lock which is manual and has no electronics. You can set your own combination easily. You can even punch in your combination without even looking at the unit, giving you quick access to your handgun in an emergency. Another benefit of this Simplex lock is that you never have to change a battery and there will be no beeping noises, alerting the burglar to your location. This lock as 1,081 possible combinations, making it almost impossible for a burglary to guess. It also comes standard with a Fort Knox Lifetime Warranty.

"This is my second ft Knox pb4. I firmly believe in strategic placement of firearms in the home and this is the best option I’ve found to help me safely and effectively achieve this goal. I plan to purchase another one in the near future as well. Product is sturdy and has the thickest steel I’ve seen for a pistol box. Plenty of room inside for a firearm, a couple of magazines, a flashlight and a small amount of ammo. Could easily fit 2 pistols. I also strongly prefer the mechanical lock. I’ve never had a problem with my first box which is 2 years old. Only issue I have with this most recent purchase is that a small piece of the carpet was removed to allow the door to swing which isn’t necessary- My first box works fine with the carpet simply cut and then resting on top of the hinge which allows more padded space on the bottom of the box. Definitely not a big deal and easily remedied. Overall I love this box !"

Small Package Delivery (150 lbs. and Under)
Small package delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. All packages under 150 pounds are delivered to your home or business front door via UPS or FedEx during normal business hours. There is no advance appointment call made. No signature is required.
Changing Your Address
Additional fees may apply if you need to change your address after your order has shipped. Please note that changing the address with FedEx is not guaranteed. You can create a FedEx Delivery Manager account, which allows you to change the shipping method to a FedEx Hold Location (ex: local Walgreens).
Curbside Delivery (Over 150 lbs.)
Curbside delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. Any shipments 151 pounds or larger shipments are delivered curbside via freight companies such as YRC, XPO, USF Reddaway, or other common freight carriers. The safes and vault doors are delivered on a wood pallet, curbside, where your driveway meets the street. The freight company will call to schedule an appointment within an 8-hour window. IMPORTANT NOTE: The delivery staff will not take your safe or vault door any further than curbside if this is the service you order. Freight companies will not deliver to your driveway on a dead-end road or Cul de Sac. They will only deliver to County, City, or State roads. They will not deliver to a congested downtown area without parking or a Doorman Condo or Apartment. Garage/Threshold Delivery or White Glove Inside Delivery are available for an extra charge if you need special delivery services. Garage delivery is not guaranteed. It is not always available in all areas and is ultimately at the driver's discretion to complete. If the driver feels unsafe, the freight company will not be able to complete the garage delivery and will leave the safe at your curbside. We will refund you in full for the garage delivery if it cannot be completed. If you want to order garage delivery and are concerned that you might not meet the requirements, please call us at 800-207-2259 so we can determine the best option.
Safes Over 2000 lbs.
Our trucks with liftgates can only handle safes up to 2000 pounds. Safes over 2000 pounds require a forklift or loading dock on site to receive them. If you do not have either of these items, we can recommend a company in your local area that can deliver your safe inside.
